But today, that is no longer enough. Modern children need more than just a collection of extracurricular activities; they need a holistic system — one that helps them understand themselves and their future in a meaningful, consistent way, supported by a mentor.
Over the years at Stembridge School, we have hosted more than 40 studios, courses, and masterclasses — ranging from technology and media to science and the creative industries. Previously operating under the name Stembridge Extensions, this program became a vital milestone for us: we witnessed firsthand how children transform when given the opportunity to try new things, step beyond the school curriculum, and discover their true passions.
What Stembridge Pro Is
Stembridge Pro is a system of short professional courses for younger, middle, and older students. We call these courses Labs — intensive educational laboratories grouped into thematic clusters focused on key professional areas.
The principle is simple: don’t just learn about a profession — work like a professional.
In each Lab, a student creates a real project from idea to result: recording a podcast, developing a game, testing a business hypothesis, editing video, writing an analytical article, or conducting research. This is not simulation — it is real work experience that shows how the profession really functions and whether it suits your child.
