    Primary School Teacher
    Graduated from Kharkiv National Pedagogical University named after H.S. Skovoroda. 16 years of teaching experience.

  • Živilė Lugina
    Lithuanian Language Teacher
    Graduated from Vytautas Magnus University (English Philology) and Mykolas Romeris University (teacher qualification). She has enhanced and updated her knowledge through various professional development courses for teachers and educators at the Lithuanian Children and Youth Centre, and through EDU Vilnius courses.
    She pays special attention to play-based methods of teaching Lithuanian and to methods that develop emotional intelligence in children and adolescents.

    At school it is important to teach children how to learn, not just to give them information, but to explain how it can be used.

    Graduated from Nizhyn State University named after N. Gogol. Completed training in Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication method. Studies humane pedagogy (Amonashvili) and Carl Rogers’ theory of personality development. Organiser of camps and trips with the creative tourism club Mandragora, with travel-therapy elements.

    Credo: Live in the moment and be grateful for it every hour.

    At school it is important: children! They are living messages we send into a time we will never see. The main task of a teacher is not to make mistakes in the text of that “message.”

    Physical Education Teacher, Team Lead of the STEM Cluster
    Graduated from Maxim Tank Belarusian State Pedagogical University (Physical Education and Tourism Management). Plays basketball, participates in triathlons, cycles year-round, and has been vegetarian for over 10 years.

    At school it is important to give children the opportunity to find their interests and realise them in an atmosphere of support and safety.

    Graduated from Saratov State University, Faculty of Foreign Languages. She worked in schools throughout her life; once left for 12 years, but then realised that the greatest motion, everything new and interesting, and change in every sense is right there.

    Graduated from Belarusian State Pedagogical University, Faculty of Social-Pedagogical Technologies, specialising in English teaching and social pedagogy.

    At school it is important to teach children to think and learn with pleasure because we never stop learning even after we stop going to school — and to teach children to be open to the world, new knowledge, ready for change, believing in themselves, valuing their achievements, and respecting others.

    Graduated from BSU (Faculty of Biology) and Minsk State Linguistic University (Professional Development and Retraining). She taught English, biology, and chemistry in school for 19 years. Active participant in school research and ecology grant projects, author of publications in the scientific-methodological journal Biology and Chemistry.

    Graduated from Minsk State Linguistic University (2018), Faculty of English. She has over 8 years’ experience teaching English to children and adults, worked in private language schools and as a corporate trainer in IT.

    English Teacher
    Graduated from Minsk State Linguistic University (specialisation in rhetoric, teacher of English and Spanish). Completed courses including 3Ds Max for 3D modelling and IELTS for Teaching English; currently studying for a Master’s in Public Policy and Political Communication at EHU. She has 8 years of experience in education.

    History Teacher & Cambridge International Education Programmes Manager
    Graduated from Maxim Tank Belarusian State Pedagogical University in 2012. His internships and exchanges include MOST (2018, Como, Italy), Community Connections (2021, online), and Fulbright Teaching Excellence and Achievement (2025, Grand Forks, USA). He has worked as a teacher and deputy director for academic affairs in state and private schools and gymnasiums.

    Graduated from South Ural State University (Philology). Worked as a journalism teacher, copywriter, journalist, editor, and managing editor.

  • Olga Yasinskaya
    Ethics, Technology, Physical Education, and Theatre Teacher
    Graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy and Social Sciences (Psychology) at BSU. She is a professional in assessing work suitability, a personnel specialist, and a psychologist at a private children’s camp.

    At school it is important: a trusting environment where every participant in the educational process (adults and children) can receive individual attention and support.
  • Chandra Goswami
    Science and Physics Teacher
    Holds a graduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Calcutta, India, and a postgraduate degree in Biochemistry from the University of Kalyani, India; and a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the West Bengal University of Teachers’ Training, Education Planning and Administration. She has nearly ten years of experience teaching chemistry at secondary and higher secondary levels, focusing on conceptual understanding and board exam preparation.

    At school it is important: she believes that effective schooling emphasises conceptual clarity, scientific thinking, and disciplined learning to foster academic excellence.
  • Noah Carillo
    Science Teacher
    Holds a Master’s Degree in Teaching & Education (France/Denmark), a Bachelor’s in Italian Language, Literature, Culture and Civilisation (France), and a High School Diploma in Science and Technology of Industry and Sustainable Development (France). His experience includes a one-year internship at a Danish school (Copenhagen) teaching English, French, and P.E., and one year teaching Primary School at the French International School of Vilnius.

    At school it is important to provide students with a safe place for learning and meaningful learning processes that make them want to come back every day.

    Mathematics Teacher
    Holds a High School Diploma in Physics, a two-year university diploma in Economics and Management, and is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s in Business Management at Kazimieras Simonavičius University (KSU). His work experience includes private tutoring and kindergarten assistance, with internship/pre-service training at Stembridge School.

    At school it is important to encourage students to ask broader questions, be curious, and connect the dots to see patterns.

    Computing Teacher
    Graduated from Vitebsk State University, specialising in mathematics and informatics; then completed a Master’s in Education at the same university. She worked at university for 7 years and has 3 years of experience tutoring mathematics and competitive programming (C++).

    Graduated from Belarusian State Pedagogical University in Geography and Nature Conservation. She worked at Secondary School No. 25 in Babruysk and has over 5 years’ experience in informal education.

    At school it is important not just to teach knowledge, but to develop understanding of various natural and socio-economic processes, as well as critical thinking.

    HR Manager
    Holds a Master’s degree in Sociology. Has over 20 years of experience as a lecturer and business trainer and has led Corporate Universities in large Ukrainian companies. Holds an MBA degree from Kyiv-Mohyla Business School, a Master’s degree in Psychology, and certification as a Gestalt therapist from the Riga Gestalt Institute.

    Credo: To be present in every moment of life, to take risks by opening up to new people and experiences, and not to be afraid of vulnerability — without it, close connections are impossible.

    Graduated from the Feldsher College in Saint Petersburg, specialising in Medical Care. Has experience working on educational and communication projects and community initiatives, including campaigns with the Lithuanian Social Democratic Party, Sciencely Vilnius, the Vesna movement, and Alexey Navalny’s team in Lithuania.

    At school it is important that every person — student, teacher, or parent — can remain themselves and feel comfortable. She strives for warm, light communication with humour, so that interaction with the school leaves positive emotions and a desire to be part of the community.

Zahra has worked in both teaching and administrative roles, supporting quality assurance, curriculum development, and international programs in schools and universities.
