At Stembridge, learning is not limited to the walls of the classroom. An important part of the educational process consists of trips and excursions that take place throughout the year.
The school also organises trips abroad for its students. So far, children have already visited Berlin, Rome, Tartu, and Tallinn. During these trips, students study new locations, take part in master classes, engage in educational quests, and discover new cities and cultures.
Traditionally, during the first week of the school year, students go on educational trips around Lithuania. They visit museums and creative workshops, explore natural sites, and meet with artists, craftsmen, and scientists. Students do more than just listen to tours — they complete tasks, take part in quests, and prepare their own projects based on their experiences during the trip.
After each trip, children create projects and presentations, write essays, and share their impressions. Students not only gain many new experiences but also develop important skills in research, analysis, communication, and self-presentation.
